Carrots (grate on a fine grater), kvass, sugar, vanillin (pinch) mix. If the carrots are very juicy, it is better to squeeze them slightly from the juice. I had dry carrots.

I have an 18 x 24 cm baking dish. Put baking paper on the bottom of the tin. Pour the dough into the mold and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at t=200 C,

The cake rises and bakes well in the oven.

I cut the cake into two halves. I smeared one part with currant jam, the other with peach jam, and sprinkled cashew nuts.
