Rinse the meat, fill it with water and set it to boil; after boiling, cook for 20 minutes removing the foam. Then remove the meat and chop, strain the broth.
Dice the carrots and onions.
Fry the sliced fillet in butter with onions and carrots.
Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Add meat with vegetables and potatoes to the broth, bring to a boil.
Rinse the broccoli well and divide into small inflorescences.
When the broth boils, add broccoli, salt and pepper to taste, mix and cook for 15 minutes under the lid.
Serve the finished soup sprinkled with chopped dill.
