Beat together oyster sauce, sesame oil, wine, soy sauce, sugar, corn starch and mix until sugar dissolves.
Place the meat in the marinade and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Fry the meat in vegetable oil with ginger and garlic for about 15 minutes.
Add broccoli to the meat and pour the marinade where the meat was brought to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve with any side dish.
