Peel the potatoes and cut into slices or large strips.
Add all the spices and salt to the potatoes. Mix well so that each piece is covered with seasonings.
In a skillet or pan with thick walls, heat the oil well and gently lower the potatoes in small portions. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until cooked.
Put the finished potatoes on paper towels to remove excess fat.
Chill the potatoes a bit and serve.
