Knock canned or boiled chickpeas in mashed potatoes with milk, sugar and cocoa.
Add flour and mix well.
Melt the chocolate along with the coconut oil and pour into the prepared mass, stir again.
Fry the hazelnuts in the oven or in a dry frying pan, chop with a knife and add to the dough.
Pour the finished dough into a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, check the readiness with a toothpick. Chill the cake completely and only then remove from the mold.
