Cut the meat into small pieces, salt and pepper a little. Fry until golden brown on fat.
Cut the onions in half rings and add to the meat, cook for several minutes.
Chop the cabbage, grind with salt and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
Peel the apples from the skin and chop finely.
Put meat, cabbage and apples in a roasting pan, season to taste, add some water and simmer in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
