Finely chop the bacon and onion, fry in butter until soft in a high frying pan.
Cut the beef into medium slices, add to the pan to the onion and fry for several minutes over high heat.

Then return the meat and carrots to the sauce and simmer for another 30 minutes. Salt to taste in the end.
Braised beef with carrots and red wine is very juicy, tasty, aromatic and with a rich spicy taste. Cooking beef according to this recipe is quite simple, you can choose spices to your liking. Serve with gravy to any side dish or just with a slice of bread. To make the meat more fragrant, choose wine based on red berries.
