Ingredients for - Braided curd

1. Milk 250 gram
2. Flour 500 gram
3. Margarine 100 gram
4. Sugar 2 tbsp
5. Dry yeast 30 gram
6. Salt 0.5 Tsp
7. Filling Bold curd 500 gram
8. Filling Sugar 4 tbsp
9. Filling Chicken egg 1 PC.

How to cook deliciously - Braided curd

1 . Stage

Knead the dough and let it stand for about an hour.

2 . Stage

Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer. Cut along the edges, keeping the middle. Put the filling on this middle. Lay overlap strips on top. Pinch the edges.

3 . Stage

Let the braid rise. Grease with yolk and still allow to rise for 20 minutes. Bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees 25 min.
