Ingredients for - Bombay potato

1. Potatoes 1 kg
2. Tomatoes 2 PC.
3. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
4. Butter 100 gram
5. Caraway 1 Tsp
6. Mustard seeds 1 Tsp
7. Coriander 1 Tsp
8. Turmeric 1 Tsp
9. Black pepper 0.5 Tsp
10. Chilli taste
11. Ginger root 1 Tsp
12. Parsley (greens) 20 gram
13. Salt taste

How to cook deliciously - Bombay potato

1 . Stage

Boil the potatoes. Finished potatoes cut into large cubes. Tomatoes in small cubes.

2 . Stage

Heat the pan, add vegetable oil. Add mustard, caraway seeds, turmeric, coriander, black pepper, chili pepper to the pan. Warm up the spices over low heat.

3 . Stage

Put butter in a pan with spices, add ginger. Fry for a few minutes. Add tomatoes and fry over medium heat for several minutes.

4 . Stage

Put potatoes and finely chopped parsley in a pan, salt and mix. Hold on fire for 5 minutes
