Wash the tongue well, cut off all the excess, then add water to a boil and drain the water, replacing it with clean one. Put cooked again.
When it boils, remove the foam and add salt, pepper, bay leaf and onion in the peel, this will give the tongue a beautiful color. Cook until cooked for about 2 hours, the cooking time depends on the age of the animal.
To easily remove the skin, dip the boiled tongue into cold water for a couple of minutes, then start peeling off the tip.
Cut the boiled beef tongue into slices and can be served.
