Combine soft butter, eggs, flour, baking powder and one pinch of vanillin. Knead the soft dough. If the dough turns out to be very friable, the butter is not soft enough, just put a bowl with the dough in a water bath and knead again.
Put the dough in a high form covered with parchment, evenly with your hands. Puncture the whole test with a fork. Bake the dough in a preheated oven to 180 degrees 10 minutes.

Pour the filling onto the cake and bake for another 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
