Rinse mobiles, add 2 tbsp. l sugar, mint leaves, lemon juice and a gelling agent (I have Gelfix 25 gr. per pack). Interrupt everything with a blender.
Transfer to pan, bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Then add the rest of the sugar and cook for another 5 minutes.
Pour the finished hot jam into sterile jars and roll it up.
