Cooking
1. Stage
Place soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley and pepper in a blender. Add hot pepper and garlic. Mix at high speed for 30 seconds.

Pour the marinade over the meat. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
