In a bowl of a blender, mix spinach, mint, kefir and condensed milk. Beat until smooth.
Add ricotta to the spinach and whisk again.
Mix strawberries with kefir and condensed milk. Beat until smooth.
Pour the berry layer into the glass, then add a few tablespoons of the green mixture on top. Serve right away.
Berry cocktail is very tasty, moderately sweet and very healthy. Cooking is quick and easy, adjust the amount of condensed milk to your liking. Ricotta can be replaced simply with tender cottage cheese. For cooking, you can use fresh or frozen strawberries.
