Cooking

It will take much less time to prepare if you boil hard-boiled eggs and beets beforehand. Preparing everything for the salad

2 . Stage
We make the dressing. If children will eat, we take sour cream. You can do the dressing in half and half: mayonnaise and sour cream. I made the dressing today with mayonnaise. Add the garlic. The garlic can be grated or squeezed. I chop it very finely. Greens are finely chopped and leave a bit for the salad. Mix all the ingredients. I did not salt, you can salt to taste, remembering that we will also have cheese in the salad.

3 . Stage
I will make the salad separately in a ring and lay it out in layers. The first layer is the grated beet on a medium grater.

4 . Stage
Place the beets in the bottom layer + dressing. Next, cucumber, cut into small cubes + dressing.

Cheese cut into small cubes + dressing.

6 . Stage
