Boil your tongue in salted water for 4 hours, immediately place in ice water to make it easy to clean. Peel and cut into slices approximately 0.5 cm thick.
In a bowl, mix the egg and mayonnaise.
Stir until smooth and add flour, mix again.
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan. Dip your tongue in batter and fry on both sides until golden brown.
