1 . Stage
Cut the meat into small pieces and roll lightly in flour. Heat the pan well over medium heat and add vegetable oil.

Put the meat and brown until golden brown. Then add the broth and chopped onion.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add chopped vegetables and black pepper.
4 . Stage
Cover again and simmer another 30 minutes until vegetables are cooked.
