Rinse the meat. Get wet with excess moisture. Knife with a knife edge slightly on both sides.
Sprinkle meat with spices and salt and leave to marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.
In a well-heated pan, fry from two sides each piece of meat in vegetable oil. 5 minutes on each side.
After roasting, we put a piece of meat in foil and wrap so that there remains a hole through which steam will escape.
In a preheated oven, temperature 250 C, put the meat in foil and cook for another 20 minutes.
