1. Beef scar 1 kg
2. Bulb onions 50 gram
3. Carrot 50 gram
4. Garlic 3 clove
5. Bay leaf 2 PC.
6. Vegetable oil for frying
7. Black pepper taste
8. Salt taste

How to cook deliciously - Beef scar

1 . Stage

Rinse the beef scar well, fill it with cold water and cook for 3 hours.

2 . Stage

Then peel off the grease, veins and film, rinse well several times and put on boil with bay leaf for another 3 hours.
