Rinse the beef scar well, fill it with cold water and cook for 3 hours.
Then peel off the grease, veins and film, rinse well several times and put on boil with bay leaf for another 3 hours.
Cut the finished scar into strips and fry in vegetable oil for about 5 minutes.
Add chopped onions, grated carrots, and garlic minced through a press.
Cook for another 15 minutes, salt and pepper to taste.
