Cooking
1. Stage
Cut the meat into small pieces and fry until golden brown. Add chopped onions and grated carrots, fry a little more. Put everything in a saucepan, add water and simmer for 1 hour, add bay leaf and season to taste.

Mix flour with tomato paste and sour cream until smooth.

3. Stage
Add the sauce we prepared to the meat, stirring constantly. Boil another 10 minutes, if the goulash turns out to be very thick, add the required amount of boiling water.

Beef goulash is ready, serve with mashed potatoes.
