Soak beans in cold water, preferably overnight. Boil the swollen beans until ready and drop them into a colander. Leave some broth.
Soak the mushrooms in hot water for 2 hours, then rinse and chop. Dice onion and garlic, fry in vegetable oil until soft.
Then add to the pan to the onion, add chopped mushrooms. When the mushrooms are slightly fried, add the beans, salt and pepper to taste. Pour in a little broth, cover and simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat.
Pour the whole mass with a blender until smooth, if the paste is too thick then pour a few tablespoons of the broth from under the beans.
