Cooking
1 . Stage
Rinse the barley well, add water, add salt to taste. Simmer after boiling for 40 minutes until cooked.

Onion cut into half rings, carrots julienne. Fry in vegetable oil for about 5 minutes.

Then add sliced mushrooms, chopped garlic into the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, then add peas and cook for another minute.
