Rinse the barley well, add water, add salt to taste. Simmer after boiling for 40 minutes until cooked.
Onion cut into half rings, carrots julienne. Fry in vegetable oil for about 5 minutes.

Add vegetables to barley, pour in soy sauce, if you need more salt, warm for a few more minutes and serve.
