Peel and chop the onion rings.

Cut the rabbit into large pieces and put in cold water with lemon juice for half an hour. This will help remove excess odor, if any.

Wipe the meat from water and mix with onions, add salt and spices. Mix everything well and knead with your hands, put in the refrigerator for 2 hours, but preferably at night.

Then add kefir and marinate for another 3 hours, the more kefir, the meat will be juicier.
