Cooking

1 . Stage

Add soda to sour cream and mix well.

2 . Stage

Mix flour with soft butter and grind into crumbs. Then add sour cream and knead the dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

3 . Stage

Grind peanuts with a blender into lightly fine crumbs and mix with sugar.

4 . Stage

Divide the dough into 3 parts. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.

5 . Stage

Roll two pieces of dough to fit the shape. Put the first rolled dough into a baking dish and put half of the nut filling on top, then cover the top with a second layer of dough and spread out the remaining filling.

6 . Stage

Roll out the last piece of dough a little larger, cover the filling layer on top and wrap the edges a little.

7 . Stage

With a pizza knife, make cuts with rhombuses, place a whole peanut in each rhombus and brush with a beaten egg.

8 . Stage

Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, then pour the baklava with honey and put in the oven for another 5 minutes.

9 . Stage

Divide still warm baklava into portions and completely cool.
