Clean the fish from pieces and viscera, rinse and dry with a towel.
Make cuts on the fish.
Place capers in the abdomen. Sprinkle with thyme and basil.
Mix soy sauce with lemon juice and olive oil. Pour the marinade over the fish and let stand for 30 minutes. Turn over several times to make the fish marinate evenly.
Put the fish on the foil, close, but not tightly, and bake in the oven at 220 degrees 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 150 and open the foil for another 15 minutes.
Serve sea bass with a side dish.
