Prepare the ingredients.
Cut the meat into portions.
Finely chop onion, ginger and garlic.
Mix onion, ginger, garlic, honey, soy sauce and tomato paste in a saucepan.
Cook the sauce until the onion is soft.
Then cool slightly and grind with a blender to a paste state. Grease the ribs with the sauce on all sides and let stand for about an hour.
Cook baked pork ribs at 160 degrees for 1.5 hours, periodically grease with sauce.
