Cooking
1 . Stage
Wash the pepper and put on a baking sheet oiled. Bake pepper at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, it should become soft and acquire brown color on each side.

Fold the pepper in a bag, tie and let cool, this method allows you to easily remove the peel. Cut off a hat from pepper, peel seeds and skin, cut into strips 5-6 cm long.

Finely chop the mint and parsley. Soften the feta cheese with a fork, add chopped herbs, olive oil, pepper and salt to taste. Mix well.
