Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Take a large pot of slightly salted water and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, strain.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Place the sausage and onions in a pan and cook over medium heat until brown. Drain excess fat. Pour with wine and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Add tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the prepared pasta to the pasta and sprinkle everything in a baking dish, sprinkle everything with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
