Make minced pork or buy ready-made. Make minced pork a couple of times and beat it up. Put salt, pepper, finely chopped onion, mix it. Add 1 tbsp of breadcrumbs. You can take the white breadcrumbs made from dried loaf, grating it or take the usual breadcrumbs, bought in the store. Thoroughly combine everything.

Shape the zrazy. I'm going to make rather large zrazy. One piece per serving. I will visually divide the stuffing into 4 parts and leave a small portion in case I have to use it to form zrazy. I form circles from each part, make a small depression in the middle and spoon the ready beans with Italian vegetables into this depression. Carefully fix with my hands "joints". If you put too many beans, put more stuffing, which you left for this occasion.

I will bake the zrazy in the oven and for this I will take a non-stick round form D-24 cm. On it I have just enough space for 4 pieces of fairly large zrazy. I rolled the formed zrazy in breadcrumbs and immediately laid them on the form. I put them in the preheated oven to t-180 C for 15 minutes.
