Peel all the vegetables and cut them into medium slices.
Cut the chicken into portions. Salt and pepper to taste.
Smear the baking dish with olive oil, put the vegetables, salt and pepper to taste, add the garlic passed through the press and mix. Spread the meat on top and sprinkle with half chopped parsley.
Bake for about 1 hour at 220 degrees. Then remove the chicken and cook the vegetables separately for another 15 minutes.
Put the prepared vegetables on top of the chicken and sprinkle with the remaining parsley.
Chicken with vegetables turns out to be very tasty and aromatic, the vegetables are tender and soaked in juice from under the meat.
