Cooking
1 . Stage
I marinated the chicken thighs today in zucchini caviar with spicy mustard, mayonnaise, and garlic. I washed and dried the thighs, did not remove the skin. We put the thighs in a bowl, put there 3 tbsp of zucchini caviar, mayonnaise, mustard and chopped garlic. Using a brush, I thoroughly coat all the thighs. Covered and left to marinate for 30-40 minutes. You can marinate the thighs for 2 hours.

2 . Stage
I peeled, washed, dried and cut the potatoes in equal slices-quarters. Depending on the shape, you can take more potatoes. Put the potatoes in a bowl, pour the oil, add salt, pepper and provincial herbs. Stir thoroughly so that each slice is oiled and evenly coated with spices. I used a D-24 cm mold. It is non-stick. I placed chicken thighs and potatoes on it. In a dish from under potatoes there was olive oil with spices and I evenly covered thighs with it. I put them in the oven preheated to t-180 C, setting the time for 40 minutes. It was enough time for me to fully cook the dish. I checked the potatoes and chicken for readiness with a fork.

I will serve the dish individually by placing the thighs and potatoes on a plate and sprinkling finely chopped dill on top. I'll serve each one with zucchini caviar.
