For marinade, add salt, sugar, vinegar, lavrushka and pepper to the water. Bring to a boil, cool completely and add mineral water (take highly carbonated). Cut the chicken in half along the ridge and put in the marinade. Leave in the marinade overnight.
Put the chicken in a baking dish, add 2 tbsp. l marinade and as much vegetable oil. Cover with foil and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and cook another 25 minutes.
For garlic sauce, pass the garlic through a press, add oil, water, lemon juice, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
Remove the finished chicken from the oven and grease well with honey sauce.
Baked chicken in garlic sauce is ready.
