Wash the cabbage, cut into slices. Lay on the pan with covered parchment. Salt and pepper a little, pour olive oil.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes on one side and 15 minutes on the other side.
For the sauce, mix sour cream with garlic passed through the press, add salt and pepper to taste, also chopped garlic. Mix well.
Serve the prepared cabbage with the sauce.
