Fill the bagels with milk and leave for 30 minutes.
Stuff the minced meat and pepper to taste, then add the chopped onion, garlic and sour cream mix well.
Put the bagels on a greased baking sheet, put the minced meat on each bagel and tamp a little.
Cook in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Then sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
