Melt the butter in a water bath or microwave.
Heat milk and mix with kefir, I did not have kefir and I took yogurt.
Beat two eggs, add with butter to yogurt.
Stir well and add yeast.
Dissolve the yeast and add flour and salt. Flour may go away and more.
Knead the dough and let it rise twice. Then divide into 4 parts and roll into a rectangle, cut into triangles.
Put the jam on a wide part and roll the bagels .
Put the bagels with jam on the parchment covered with parchment, and brush with a beaten egg.
Bake bagels with jam at 180 degrees 15 minutes or until golden, immediately when you get out of the oven, pour powdered sugar.
