Cooking

1. Stage

Cut the meat into small pieces. Onion cut into half rings.

2. Stage

In a cauldron, heat fat and fry the meat over high heat for about 6 minutes, then add the onions and cook stirring for another 3 minutes.

3. Stage

Cut tomatoes, dilute tomato paste in 1/4 tbsp. water. Add tomatoes and pastas to the meat, season to taste, add peppercorns and bay leaf. Simmer over medium heat under a lid for 30 minutes.

4. Stage

Peel the cucumbers and cut into strips, simmer in a separate bowl until soft. Cut the potatoes into cubes and fry in vegetable oil for about 15 minutes.

5. Stage

Chop the parsley and add the garlic passed through the press and mix well.

6. Stage

Add cucumbers and potatoes to the meat and cook under the lid for 5 minutes. Azu with potatoes is ready, sprinkle with parsley before serving.
