Cooking

1 . Stage

Peel the bottom of the asparagus stem, boil.

2 . Stage

Make the sauce: whisk the yolks, lemon juice, ghee, and soy sauce in a blender. Pour the mixture into a saucepan, add white ground pepper, grated root of fresh ginger and cook in a water bath, stirring with a whisk, until slightly thickened. It will take only a couple of minutes.

3 . Stage

Pour the prepared asparagus with sauce and serve.
