Peel the onion without cutting the tail and cut the leg along several times depending on the size. Add vegetable oil to the bottom of the pan, add all the spices, salt, based on the amount of meat and chopped onion. Mix everything well and mash a little onion with your hands.
Cut the meat into large pieces, put in a pan, mix with onions and spices and knead a little. Allow to marinate for 40 minutes and you can fry.
This method of pickling is very good in that when frying the oil begins to warm up and burn out, thus warming the meat from the inside, which prevents it from overdrying, the meat will be juicy and soft. And the onion slicing method will allow it to be easily lowered onto a skewer and so it will be perfectly prepared.
