The weight of apricots is already indicated without seeds. Sprinkle apricots with sugar and add water, leave for several hours so that the sugar dissolves.
Put the jam on the fire and cook after boiling for 5 minutes, then leave it to cool completely. Repeat the procedure 2 more times. Try to mix carefully so as not to damage the slices.
After the third cooking, put the jam in sterile jars and roll it up.
Turn the jam over and cover with a blanket until it cools completely.
