For apples, remove the core and cut into slices.
Transfer apples to a jar and pour vodka. Cover tightly and insist in a dark place for 2 weeks.
Strain and store vodka in the refrigerator.
Apple vodka turns out to be very aromatic and tasty, most importantly, take high-quality vodka, apples of any sort are suitable for cooking. Vodka after tincture does not become so strong, but remember that you need to drink in moderation.
