Peel the apples and cut into small pieces. Add to them brown sugar, cinnamon, flour and 2 tbsp. l regular sugar. Stir and let stand for 20 minutes.
Mix nuts with sugar and breadcrumbs.
Roll out the dough, put the nut mixture, and apples on it. Roll and roll the edges.
Put the strudel on a greased baking sheet, grease with a beaten egg and make cuts with a knife along the entire roll. Bake in a preheated oven to 190 degrees 45 minutes.
