Grind oatmeal and nuts into a crumb blender. Add all the dry ingredients, butter 70 gr. and 2 tbsp. l Sahara.
Dice apples, sprinkle with sugar and fry for 1 tbsp. l butter for 3 minutes, then add cranberries and cook another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and place the fruit in a baking dish.
Sprinkle the cooked crumbs on top of the fruit and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
