Wash and chop the apples on a cabbage grater or by hand, but the thinner the better.
Wash chopped apples in cold water, dry and put on a pan covered with paper, lay down so that the chips do not fit on top of each other or that the overlay is minimal. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon or vanilla.
Cook in the microwave at maximum power for about 7-15 minutes. If you cook in the oven, it is worth opening the door and turning it on 100 degrees, drying the chips for about 40-60 minutes.
Chill ready-made chips.
