Cooking
1 . Stage
First make the filling. Mix the strawberries with the sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes.

2 . Stage
Add the sliced apples and gelatin to the hot strawberries. Stir and chill for 1 hour to set.

3 . Stage
For the dough, chop the nuts.

4 . Stage
Combine the butter with the yolks, sugar and cinnamon. Add the crushed nuts.

5 . Stage
Add the flour and knead the dough. Put it in the cold for about 30 minutes.

6 . Stage
Spread 2/3 of the dough on the bottom of the mold (I have 24 cm), forming a rim. Prick the dough with a fork.

7 . Stage
Lay out the solidified filling.

8 . Stage
Spread the rest of the dough to your liking on top of the filling. You can smear the rest of the egg whites on top. Bake at 180*C for about 40-50 minutes until crispy. Bon appetit!
