An appetizer on sweet beet slices

1 . Stage

Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes. I did this with a food processor.

2 . Stage

It really helped me to cut vegetables quickly and neatly.

Finely chop the green onions

and red fish. Add to the potatoes.

5 . Stage

Free the tomato from the skin, seeds, juice and cut into cubes.

6 . Stage

Lightly toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan (they roast quickly, they can burn - stay in the pan!) and add to the ingredients.

7 . Stage

Pour in a little oil. Stir.

8 . Stage

Slice the boiled beets in slices crosswise, about half a centimeter thick.

9 . Stage

Brush the beet slices with cottage cheese

10 . Stage

and place on top of the lettuce. Decorate with chopped dill.
