Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes. I did this with a food processor.

Lightly toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan (they roast quickly, they can burn - stay in the pan!) and add to the ingredients.

Slice the boiled beets in slices crosswise, about half a centimeter thick.

Brush the beet slices with cottage cheese

and place on top of the lettuce. Decorate with chopped dill.
