Scroll tomatoes, carrots and peppers through a meat grinder. Put the scrolled vegetables in a pan, bring to a boil and simmer for about 1 hour.
Then add sunflower oil and vinegar. Boil for another half hour. After 30 minutes add salt, sugar, scented hot pepper and garlic, cook another 15-20 minutes.
Ready adjika spread hot in sterilized jars, roll up. Wrap banks and allow to cool completely.
