Wash the meat, wipe and make cuts in the form of an accordion without cutting to the end.
Mix everything for the marinade and grease the meat on all sides, add chopped garlic. Leave to marinate for several hours, or better at night.
Cut the cheese into slices and the tomatoes into slices. Place a slice of cheese and tomato in each cut of meat. Wrap meat tightly in foil.
Bake at 200 degrees for 50 minutes, then remove the foil and cook for another 15 minutes for roasting.
