How to cook deliciously - Chickpea meatballs
1 . Stage
Boil the rice in salted water. You can just take boiled chickpeas. Pass the chickpeas together with onions and garlic through a meat grinder.

Add boiled rice, salt, pepper and flour to the chickpeas. Stir well until smooth.

Roll small balls from the minced meat and transfer them to a baking sheet covered with parchment. Bake at 200 C for 20 minutes.

For the sauce, combine sour cream, tomato paste and water, salt and season to taste. Bring the meatballs to a boil and dip in the sauce, cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
