How to cook deliciously - Celery salad with tuna
1 . Stage
Wash the prunes and scald them with boiling water. You can cut them into strips if they are soft (like here), or put them in hot water for 15-20 minutes to soften and then use them to make a salad, or you can put them in a marinade for a richer flavor. For its preparation, pour apple cider vinegar into a bowl, add the lemon peels (in the form of plates), 1 tbsp. brown sugar and mix. Put the prunes in the marinade and leave for 20 minutes.
2 . Stage
Wash the celery root, peel and grate it on a coarse grater. Wash and chop the celery stalks. Transfer the canned tuna (here in its own juice) from the can and shred.
3 . Stage
Take the prunes out of the marinade, let the liquid drain and cut into strips. Chop the walnuts with a knife, or chop as desired. Wash, dry and finely chop the parsley. You can use other greens. Combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and add sour cream.
