Reception is an important and troublesome event that needs to be carefully thought out and well prepared. An important role in the mood for the whole evening is played directly by the meeting and further behavior.

- The more guests you want to invite, the earlier you should inform people who arrived in 10 days or a week. In any case, name the exact time. The reason is not called if guests are invited on the occasion of their birthday - it is assumed that the guests will guess. If they still turn out to be reckless and start asking, we can say "the culprit and give the name of the birthday man."

- Just "for coffee" can be invited in three days and even the day before. If we invite one family, time can be specified at its discretion. In everyday life, guests are usually invited in the afternoon, often for dinner.

- You can invite guests by phone, in writing or in person. If young people invite older people and also for the first time, politely do it personally.

- The third time you should not invite a person who has not twice accepted your invitation.

- When guests arrive, the owner usually opens the door. The hostess does not have to go to the hallway with every call, except for the arrival of an important guest. The owner helps those who come to undress and enters the room.

- It is not appropriate to offer slippers to guests unless they themselves ask, as this contradicts hospitality and speaks of bad taste. People coming to visit are dressed smartly, and slippers can spoil the look and mood. The owners should also be dressed appropriately and replaced slippers with more festive shoes or even be without them.

- Delayed guests if they are the only guests should wait until their arrival. Guests can be late even for two hours, which does not give the owners the right to leave home. This is permissible only if you did not agree on the exact time, and the guest put it in the word “look” in which case you can safely go about your business.

But being late for a visit is a bad taste, it spoils the mood of the hosts of the celebration and can negatively affect the next evening. If you cannot arrive on time, be sure to report it.
